The Łasica tactical vest has been designed as a modern plate carrier ensuring high ergonomics, modularity and full adaptation to the individual needs of the user. This solution combines lightness with durability – dedicated to both uniformed services and demanding civilian users.
Weight: 1.2 kg (without additional inserts).
Main features:
- Pockets for 10x12" ballistic inserts with the possibility of mounting smaller plates using an internal stabilising belt.
- Side pockets for soft and hard ballistic inserts in sizes 6x6‘, 6x8’ and 8x8" – increase the level of protection without losing mobility.
- Horizontal and vertical MOLLE cuts, which also allow for the mounting of pockets and accessories in a horizontal arrangement.
- Widened side belt (cummerbund) for stable load transfer and greater comfort of use.
- MOLLE cuts on the shoulders – possibility of attaching additional elements, e.g. cables, hydration tubes or light accessories.
- Quick release system on the shoulders and side straps – allows for instant removal of the vest in emergency situations.
- Material: 1000D IRR nylon – extremely durable, abrasion resistant and with IR reflection limiting properties.
- Colour: Multicam – providing effective camouflage in a variety of environments.
- Extended rescue handle for quick and safe removal of the operator from the battlefield.
- Internal Velcro fasteners allow for the attachment of additional foam panels to improve comfort and ventilation.
- Fully adjustable shoulders and side straps – easy to adjust to the user's body shape and equipment configuration.
The material used for sewing has been IRR tested by the Military Institute of Engineering Technology (WITI) in accordance with military standard NO-10-A504:2023, confirming the re-emission coefficient used in the Armed Forces (full reports available at https://astriva.pl/en/solutions/reports-and-certifications#plate-carrier-vest-lasica)
Summary:
The ‘Łasica’ vest is a universal plate carrier which, thanks to its well-thought-out design, offers a wide range of configuration and adaptation options for various tasks. Whether the priority is mobility, comfort or expansion with additional modules, ‘Łasica’ will meet the requirements of the modern user.
Safety clause:
The vest is designed exclusively for carrying ballistic inserts that comply with applicable safety standards. Only inserts that have undergone full ballistic testing should be used. The product does not provide protection without the use of appropriate ballistic plates – the vest itself does not provide ballistic protection. Use it as intended and adjust the straps and buckles properly for a correct fit. The vest is not a toy and should not be used by children. Protect from fire and high temperatures.
Due to the process of personalizing the plate, the delivery time can be up to 7 days.

Reliability Guarantee: K2 “Biegacz” Ballistic Testing Process
From rigorous laboratory tests to extreme climatic conditions — find out how the “Chrabąszcz” cartridge passed certification according to the Polish standard MON-V- 87000:2011.

Quality that protects life
Our covers K2 “Biegacz” with Successfully passed all the tests, meeting the criteria standards PN-V- 87000:2011 and demonstrating a high level of reliability even under extreme conditions of use. Plate deflection was located in the compartment 26—31 mm, which remains below the permissible limit of 45 mm specified in the current standard.
This kind of comprehensive examination is crucial for us — not only as a formal requirement, but as proof of the quality and durability of a product that can decide human life in real conditions.

How do we test K2 ballistic cartridge?
Learn the detailed process of verifying the ballistic parameters of the “Runner” model. From strict legal requirements, to climate tests, to an independent expert assessment of each shot.

Compliance with Standard PN-V- 87000:2011
Before our product reaches the market, it must undergo rigorous ballistic tests, in accordance with the requirements of the Polish standard MON-V- 87000:2011. This standard specifies the test procedures for ballistic shields, classifying them according to their level of protection, and describes in detail the conditions that must be met during testing in order for the results to be reliable and comparable. These tests shall include ballistic resistance tests on a randomly selected group of shields from a given production batch.

Climate and Humidity Testing
Plates K2 “Biegacz” passed 4 series of rigorous trials in an accredited Laboratory of Research of Small Arms and Security Guards WITU. Each test was carried out on independent sets of plates under the conditions of:
Dry conditions — reference samples.
Irrigation simulation — assessment of the effect of moisture on the composite.
Heat up (+50°C) — Imitation of a hot climate.
Cool down (-40°C) — mapping Arctic conditions.

Impact Parameter Control
Each of the tests included 6 shots in precisely defined places on the board, according to the arrangement indicated in the standard, which allows to evaluate both the point resistance and the structural behavior of the shield after repeated firing. The key parameter was the preservation of a strictly defined projectile speed — in the case of the K2 class: 420 ± 15 m/s — with a shot distance of exactly 5 meters.

Methodology and Expert Supervision
A total of 48 shots (7.62x25mm P-shell ammunition) were fired during the tests under controlled test conditions. Each trial was evaluated independently by 2 experts conducting research. The evaluation took into account measurements of the velocity of the projectile and the subsurface depression under the cover formed as a result of the deformation of the plate.
