Certyfikowane próby odporności balistycznej
In collaboration with the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Astriva offers comprehensive research and development services, based on advanced technical facilities and the scientific experience of the team. We have the infrastructure to conduct research at various stages of product development - from preliminary analyzes to verification and comparative studies.

Precise materials and ballistics verification
We conduct preliminary ballistic tests across a wide range of calibers, as well as mechanical tests using tensile testing machines, a drop hammer, and dynamic testing stands. We conduct material analyzes using optical and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), which allows for a detailed assessment of the microstructure and failure mechanisms.
Full resistance and durability verification
Our facilities also include climate and salt chambers, enabling research into material resistance to environmental conditions and accelerated aging tests. The whole is complemented by numerical simulations and engineering analyzes, which allow for the correlation of experimental results with computational models. By combining research equipment, scientific knowledge, and practical experience, we provide reliable, repeatable, and customer-focused research that supports the development of new technologies and products.

We transform data into better products.
Our reports don't just end with a "penetrated/not penetrated" statement. By correlating data from ballistic tests with the results of numerical analyzes, you get a clear picture of where your armor needs reinforcement and where its mass can be reduced. Astriv's documentation serves R&D departments as a solid foundation for making decisions about the direction of new composite structures' development, drastically reducing the risk of failure during official certification tests.
Choose proven ballistic protection.
Our products are created by specialists with many years of experience in the fields of ballistics, biomechanics, and materials engineering. Every product is tested by independent experts in both laboratory conditions and in a real-world environment before it goes on sale.
