We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the goods to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, must not be used, must have labels attached and be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase

§1 Damage and problems

You should check your order after you receive it and contact us immediately if the goods in question have defects, are damaged or the wrong goods have been received so that we can assess the problem and fix it.

§2 Exceptions/non-returnable goods

Certain item types cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

§3 Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and make a separate purchase of the new item after the refund has been accepted.

§4 14-day withdrawal period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, must not be used, must have labels attached and be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

§5 Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and review your refund and provide you with information about the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If a refund is accepted, it will occur automatically via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the bank or credit card company may also need several business days to process and make a refund.

§6 Withdrawal from the contract

• The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The deadline is calculated from the day of delivery of the goods.
• For multiple shipments — from the date of receipt of the last item.
• When subscribing — from the date of receipt of the first product.
• The statement must be submitted in any form before the deadline.
• In the case of an electronic form, the Seller confirms the receipt by e-mail.
• Effects of withdrawal:
  • the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded,
  • refund within 14 days (including the cost of delivery),
  • return by bank transfer or in accordance with the agreed method,
  • return possible after receipt of the product or proof of its dispatch,
  • the product must be returned within 14 days,
  • the cost of return is borne by the consumer,
  • the customer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from improper use.
