Shop Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Introduction
- The ASTRIVA online store operates at https://astriva.pl. The entity responsible for its operation is Astriva sp. z o.o., KRS: 0001079550, NIP: 6222853025, REGON: 527378733. Business and correspondence address: Przybysławice 5A, 63-440 Raszków, Poland. E-mail contact: biuro@astriva.pl.
- This document regulates the rules of operation of the online store and determines the manner of concluding sales contracts with customers — both consumers and entrepreneurs — as part of remote sales.
§ 2 Glossary of terms
- Consumer — a natural person who concludes a contract with the Seller not directly related to his business or professional activity.
- Seller — Astriva sp. z o.o., with registered office and mailing address in Przybysławice 5A, 63-440 Raszków.
- Customer — any entity purchasing products through an online store.
- Entrepreneur — a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit with legal capacity, conducting business activities and using the store's offer.
- Shop — online service available at https://astriva.pl
- Distance contract — a contract of sale concluded via the Internet, without the simultaneous presence of the parties.
- Terms and Conditions — this document.
- Order — the customer's request for the purchase of a product or products, submitted through the order form available in the Store.
- Account — an individual customer panel in the store, where data and order history are stored.
- Registration form — a tool that allows you to create an account in the store.
- Order form — an interactive form for placing orders, with options for selecting products and terms of the transaction.
- Shopping cart — an element of the store system that allows you to select products and configure your order.
- Product — physical goods available in the store, which can be purchased by the customer.
- Sales contract — an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer, covering the sale of goods, services or works.

§ 4 Technical requirements
To use the store, the customer needs:
- devices with Internet access and a web browser,
- active email address,
- active use of cookies.
§ 5 General information
- The Seller is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the store resulting from independent causes, e.g. force majeure or technical irregularities.
- You do not need to log in to view the store's offer. Orders can be placed from the account or as a guest, after providing the data necessary for the execution of the order.
- All prices in the store are given in PLN gross.
- The total amount of payment includes the price of the goods and shipping costs, which are indicated before the purchase is finalized.
- In cases where the final price cannot be determined in advance, the customer will be informed of how to calculate it.
§ 6 Account registration
- An account can be created through the registration form.
- Registration is free.
- Login is carried out by entering a login and password.
- The customer can delete the account at any time by sending a corresponding request by e-mail or mail.
§ 7 How to place an order
To make a purchase:
- (optional) log in to the store,
- select a product and add it to the cart,
- log in or continue without registration,
- fill out the order form (address, invoice details, delivery form),
- click on “Order and pay”, then confirm the order (if required - by clicking on the link in the email),
- select the payment method and pay for the order in accordance with § 8 paragraph 3.
§ 8 Delivery and payment
- Forms of delivery: courier, parcel locker.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, online payments, payment card.
- Details on delivery and payment options are available on the store's website.
§ 9 Execution of the order
- The contract of sale is concluded after acceptance of the order by the Seller.
- Confirmation of acceptance of the order is sent by e-mail.
- In case of payment in advance, it must be made within 3 calendar days.
- Products with different delivery dates:
- by default, they are sent together after completion,
- customer can request partial shipment.
- Deliveries are made in the EU and Ukraine.
- The cost of delivery is indicated on the store's website and when placing an order.
- The shipment of the order takes place within 7 working days from the receipt of payment.
§ 10 Withdrawal from contract
- The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The deadline is calculated from the day of delivery of the goods.
- For multiple shipments — from the date of receipt of the last item.
- When subscribing — from the date of receipt of the first product.
- The statement must be submitted in any form before the deadline.
- In the case of an electronic form, the Seller confirms the receipt by e-mail.
- Effects of withdrawal:
- the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded,
- refund within 14 days (including the cost of delivery),
- return by bank transfer or in accordance with the agreed method,
- return possible after receipt of the product or proof of its dispatch,
- the product must be returned within 14 days,
- the cost of return is borne by the consumer,
- the customer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from improper use.

§ 11 Complaints and warranties
- The products are new.
- The seller is responsible for the defects of things.
- Complaints can be submitted in writing to the company's address or by e-mail: sklep@astriva.pl.
- The application must describe the defect, the circumstances and the request.
- Returns as part of the complaint must be sent to the address in § 3.
- Warranty information (if applicable) can be found in the product description.
§ 12 Extrajudicial means of dispute resolution
- Information on alternative dispute resolution methods is available on the websites of the UOKiK and from consumer ombudsmen.
- The consumer can:
- apply to the permanent consumer court,
- submit a request for mediation to the IH inspector,
- use the free help of a consumer ombudsman or consumer organisations.
§ 13 Personal data
- The data administrator is the Seller.
- The data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order, and with the consent — also for marketing.
- Data may be shared:
- companies delivering parcels,
- payment operators.
- The customer has the right to inspect and correct the data.
- The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion of the contract.
§ 14 Final provisions
- The language of contracts concluded in the store is Polish.
- The seller may change the terms and conditions for important reasons, e.g. changes in regulations. Notice of changes will be given at least 7 days in advance.
- In unregulated matters, the provisions of Polish law apply.
