Mine and Blast Protection Systems
ASTRIVA designs and develops advanced mine and blast protection systems aimed at enhancing the survivability of military and specialized vehicles under asymmetric threat conditions. These solutions focus on mitigating the effects of landmine detonations and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) through controlled absorption and dissipation of blast wave energy.

Advanced Mine Protection and Deflective Structures
Multilayer panels and energy deflectors are employed to reduce the transmission of blast impulses to the vehicle structure, alongside underbody protection systems that minimize hull deformation and loads on the crew. Complementing these systems are V-shaped and flat-bottom structures designed according to STANAG requirements, which effectively channel explosive energy away from the crew compartment. This integrated approach to mine and blast protection significantly enhances user safety while maintaining reasonable weight parameters and compatibility with existing vehicle platforms.

Spall Liner and Fragment-Resistant Mats
Spall liners and fragment-resistant mats are an integral part of ASTRIVA vehicle protection systems, designed to reduce the impact of secondary fragments generated when armor is struck. Their primary function is to limit the number and energy of structural fragments that could pose a direct threat to the crew and internal equipment. The offered solutions are available in soft, flexible, and rigid versions, with a wide range of thicknesses and formats, allowing precise adaptation to specific vehicle interior geometries and protection requirements. Mats and spall liners are made from advanced composites characterized by high energy absorption capacity and resistance to dynamic loads.
